It is with great enthusiasm that I
recommend Chris Black and Elite Dog
Training. We hired Chris after
rescuing our English Mastiff. In spite
her to our terrier, the two did not get

After Chris’s free in-home consultation, he assured us that we did not
have a dire case on our hands and he was certain that with his
guidance, the two would be able to cohabitate peacefully.
Chris is an excellent trainer. He met with us on a regular basis in our
home (accommodating our schedule), working hard with the girls and
with us. He gave us the necessary skills and information to build a
positive environment in which both our dogs and us would be safe. After
only a few short weeks, the girls were playing together and their fighting
ceased. We continued to work with him and our dogs are both well
trained, easily leash-trained, and we had no further problems.
Chris was always available to us, at no additional charge via phone – he
was happy to discuss with me any unique situations or problems as they
arose. Additionally, he gave us a free session at the end of contract to
ensure that the training had ‘stuck’.
We now have a happy, quiet, and safe home with both of our dogs. The
life-long membership to the group classes is also a wonderful bonus.
We get weekly brush-ups and keep our training sharp. I readily
recommend him to friends and colleagues (all of whom note how well
