Sheba
Sheba is a brindle, 40 pound pit bull
mix rescued from an owner who
intended to breed her to make money
from the sale of her pups. She was
very reserved and quiet. Too much
so, in fact. She would huddle in the
back of a crate and freeze up if
someone even attempted to touch
her. She wasn't able to socialize with
either people or other dogs.
So, after she was spayed, micro chipped, medically checked, and given
all of her shots, off she went to board and train with Elite Dog Training.
She blossomed. She now loves to play with other dogs and, although
still shy, interacts with people well (although she is a bit selective). She
is not at all aggressive (the reverse!) and gets along well with kids and
cats.
Elite Dog Training will provide, at no charge, several follow-up sessions
in the adopter’s home to insure that she makes a good transition and
that the new owner knows how to maintain and build on her newly-
acquired social skills. She’s a sweetheart and has come such a long
way. You will easily win her over with a nice long walk. She loves them.
