How is Elite Dog Training different?
A lot of companies pretend to offer custom training to get you in the door. The reality is that
they only offer two or three different training options, all of which are overpriced and
ineffective. We tailor each training program to fit the needs of each individual client. This
makes our training more effective in less time than you might expect.
How does the Elite Dog Training process work?
Why does Elite provide training in my home instead of a boarding kennel?
It is common knowledge among training professionals that most behavior (specifically
undesirable) is directly related to a dog’s home environment and interaction with their owner.
We find training to be faster and much more effective when performed in the dog’s home
environment and with you involved in training from day one. Removing your dog from their
home environment won’t fix anything, just delay it until they return. This is why most board-and-
train companies send your dog home with extensive “reinforcement training” that requires you
to completely change the way you handle him for weeks, if not months!
I noticed that you provide in home and group training. Can I do both, or is it
one or the other?
An unlimited membership to Elite Dog Training’s weekly group classes is included in the price
of your home private training. You can start to attend group as soon as your trainer feels it is
appropriate, and keep coming as long as you want.
I noticed that there are no prices on your website, why not?
Simple: We aren’t in the business of over-charging our clients, which is what some other
companies do with their pay-by-the-week or rip off “lifetime” programs. Our training programs
are custom tailored to fit your needs. Our highly skilled evaluators meet with you and your
dog, assess the appropriate training course, and price.
Does Elite Dog Training offer any kind of financing or payment plans?
We are happy to offer payment plans on virtually every available training program. Our
payment plans allow you to pay for training at a comfortable pace without any fees or extra
cost for training!
